Withdrawal and complaint
If one of our products does not meet your high expectations, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt, at no additional cost.

Please note that returns are not possible after 14 days.
Once you have received the return label, follow these steps for return shipping:
- Pack the goods carefully, preferably in the original packaging. If the product is damaged during transport due to insufficient packaging, we cannot refund the full purchase price.
- Carefully seal the box and stick the return label on the box so that it is clearly visible.
- Drop off the package at a parcel store near you, more detailed instructions will be sent by e-mail.
- Once the return has been received and processed by our logistics partner, we will arrange the refund via the payment method you selected when placing your order.
Please note, depending on the payment provider, the refund may take up to 7 days.
