Delivery and shipping

Delivery information

Delivery will normally be made 2 – 4 working days after receipt of payment at the latest.

If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events, the delivery period will be extended accordingly. We will inform you about this immediately. Should this result in a delay in delivery of more than four months, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Other rights of withdrawal remain unaffected. Examples: Operational disturbances at QooXoo or suppliers and partners, material shortages, epidemics, official orders, etc.

It can happen that an order is divided into several packages. No additional shipping fees will be charged for this.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your package leaves our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail from our shipping partner. In it you will find a tracking number with which you can track your package.

We give our shipping partner your phone number once for each order. This simplifies the shipping and the package arrives faster with you.


If the package cannot be delivered, it will be deposited at the nearest acceptance point. You will then be informed by our shipping partner. For this purpose, we will give your phone number once to our shipping partner.

Shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.

Under an order value of €50 shipping costs will be charged in addition to the stated prices. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart and on the order page.

  • € 7,90 (incl.) within Austria and Germany.
  • € 14,90 (incl.) for all other EU countries

Shipping is free from an order value of €50.
